SmartOKR brings OKRs, weekly check-ins, and 1-1s straight into Slack — so your team stays aligned without leaving their workspace. Setup takes about two minutes.
1. Add the app to Slack
Click Add to Slack below (or install from the Slack App Directory). You'll be asked to choose your workspace and approve the permissions SmartOKR needs to post messages and read your member list.
2. Create or connect your account
After approving, you'll land in the SmartOKR web app. Sign up for a free account or sign in to an existing one to link it with your Slack workspace. Your free trial starts automatically — no card required.
3. Set up your team
Your Slack members are synced automatically. Create your first Objectives and Key Results, then turn on the check-ins and 1-1s you want. SmartOKR will deliver them on schedule right inside Slack.
4. Respond from Slack
When a check-in or reminder is due, the SmartOKR bot sends it to the right people in Slack. They answer in a couple of taps, and progress stays up to date for everyone — no extra meetings needed.
