Installing SmartOKR for Slack
Add the bot to your workspace from the installation page by clicking Add to Slack and approving the requested permissions. After connecting, you can set up OKRs, check-ins, and 1-1s for your team. For full step-by-step instructions, see the install guide.
Common questions
The bot isn't posting reminders. Make sure the SmartOKR app is still installed in your workspace and that the channel or user has an active schedule configured in the web app.
I can't see a teammate in SmartOKR. New Slack members are synced automatically; if someone is missing, ask them to open the SmartOKR app from the Slack Apps section once, then refresh.
How do I change my check-in schedule or questions? Open app.smartokr.com, go to the relevant check-in, and edit its schedule and questions there.
Removing the app
To uninstall SmartOKR from Slack, open your Slack workspace settings → Manage apps → SmartOKR, then choose Remove App. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion of your data; we remove it from production and backups within 5 working days.
